Good news, more parts arrived.
Cleaned the garage a little with a buddy and now we are ready for wrench'n... next weekend when it's not sunny that is. Went out in the dirt up @ Snoqualmie Pass today to get a little baseline. Excited for the new changes. I also measured my roof for the perfect Cargo Roof Box and it looks like the Packasport 90 XP is the perfect one for this ride.
